During a meeting, a customer signed an agreement with us in the Purchasing Manager. He was going to buy insulation for a new house project and we looked at what he could save. As he sat drinking coffee, we found out that he had already saved 41,000 just by using one of our suppliers. - Far more than what he paid for our service!
In addition, he should actually have deliveries for 5 such houses, 200,000, - saved, only on insulation!
A lot of money was saved in a short time and an incredibly profitable cup of coffee.
