SMB Norway has signed a long-term agreement with Innkaupsgruppen, which helps small and medium-sized enterprises to create better profitability. The deal is part of the SME Procurement, which was established to help the country's SMEs in the wake of the pandemic.

SMB Norway has signed an agreement with Innkjopsgruppen, which means that they provide a purchasing service to SME Norway's members. The aim of the cooperation is to improve the profitability of all the country's small and medium-sized enterprises, regardless of industry.

The purchasing group has had great success coming in as a collaboration and skills partner, able to offload the general manager, and actively working to bring down costs and renegotiate deals for businesses.

Good offer for SME members

Jørund H. Rytman, CEO of SMB Norway, is pleased to offer its members access to the Innkaupsgruppen expertise.

“We know that good procurement deals are often crucial to the bottom line of SMEs. We see that the Purchasing Group will be able to help our member companies focus on what they do best and that creates the most value, namely the core business,” says Rytman.

SMB Norway is constantly working to expand the partner program.

“Our partner program has developed into a very important offer to our members. We work every day to conclude good agreements with the right partners, which will contribute to a boost for the SME sector. This is a win-win situation for all parties,” Rytman says.

A natural collaboration

Frode Johnsen, CEO of innkjopsGruppen, is pleased to have signed a partnership agreement with SMB Norway.

“SME Norway has been fighting for small and medium-sized enterprises for 30 years. We found that we had the same thoughts, and believe that our service will complement the important work SME Norway does today,” says Johnsen.

SME Norway's members now have access to a large network of partners who will help the companies reduce costs related to procurement and renegotiation of agreements.

“A general manager in small and medium-sized companies usually has far too many tasks. We are found to be a valuable support for general managers, project managers or office workers who can be relieved of some important and time-consuming tasks such as renegotiating agreements, obtaining offers and helping with financing.

Johnsen adds that he believes that the expertise and market insight of the Purchasing Group will be valuable to many companies and that he is very much looking forward to working with SME Norway's member companies.
